DUI Evaluation

Evaluation services are available to persons who are charged with driving
under the influence (DUI) offenses or violation of similar local ordinances.
The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of alcohol/drug use and
determine the offender’s risk to public safety. A subsequent
corresponding recommendation for intervention is determined and
recorded for the Illinois courts or the Office of the Secretary of State.
